The requirement was of a farm house overlooking a vast expanse of a mango farm in the outskirts of Hyderabad. The building form was derived with pitched roofs planned to direct the gaze strategically to parts of the farm/ sky. The journey through the house is an experience planned as a series of vistas. The linear built form is further broken so that the living areas and the bedroom areas of the building have different views. The roofs generally slope down towards the roadside due to an absence of view and also to make the structure light when approaching.
Shubham has worked on this project on concept design level whereas Pravesh has taken it further to working drawings stage. Both have worked in the capacity of lead designers.
Ratnayaka's estate house

Mr. Sagala’s estate house is built in signature tropical modern style. The requirement was of an outward looking house with enough wall space for art, and contemporary yet rustic interiors for easy maintanence. All the spaces look outwards, as well as are inter- connected via a central courtyard. Like a typical tropical modern home, the building embraces the elements, the living room looks over the central courtyard directly with the roof projection being the only protection from rain and sun. The building also sees use of salvaged doors, windows and columns to reduce costs as well as to lend the building an air of antiquity.
Shubham has contributed to this project in its finishing stages in the capacity of an assistant architect working for starchitect Anjalendran.

The client runs a successful jewelry store in old city and wanted his house to be an extension of his personality. A high budget luxury residential interiors project that was to be designed in a Contemporary Arabic theme, which bore elements from Islamic architecture yet was modern, functional and without any superfluous detail. The same was achieved with the use of a copper/ rose gold material palette, diffused lighting, and materials like marble and copper.
